Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know why so we can try to make sure you’re happy next time you shop with us.
If you wish to return your item please reach out to info@anxiousmillennials.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to return. Every item is made-to-order for you, so we analyse every case to try to work something out.
Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
Please make sure to check our items size/guidelines before placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, the items will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached.
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). Order number must be provided to place a return.
To complete your return, please email our team, we'll take care of the rest.
Customer notice:
Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
