Shipping Policy
Bear in mind that every item is made just for you (no wastes!), so each order has to be fulfilled before we can delivery it to your home. We will always do our best to create your order as fast as we can. Our average fulfilment time is 2-7 working days + shipping time (depending on location). Shipping times usually can take 2-3 days in the UK, and 2-10 business days in Europe (Spain, France and Portugal 2-4 days). The shipping time is an estimate and does not represent any guarantee.
AM use live shipping rates, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
We believe that most of our orders will be delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfilment centres close to our customers is good both for the business and the planet. Our partner has strategically located fulfilment centres that will allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
We have fulfilment centres in Europe (Spain, Latvia, coming soon in Poland), and in the UK. Please note that any customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt.
